Designed and deployed a full-stack telecom operations platform used daily by 50+ engineers and supervisors across 5 regions. The system streamlined ticketing, fault management, asset tracking, and performance monitoring across multi-network environments.

Key Achievements

  • Developed a high-volume ticketing system with technical fault classification, root cause tracking, and team-based coordination (~2,000+ tickets/month)
  • Built 4-level fault and 7-level hardware classification trees for faster fault isolation and asset traceability
  • Delivered dual dashboards (Executive & Engineering) with real-time KPI dashboards
  • Enabled custom PDF/CSV reporting, automated email alerts, and secure file/media uploads per incident
  • Implemented custom RBAC with secure user registration, hierarchical roles (CTO to Rigger), and dynamic access filtering
  • Designed geo-mapping logic for region/city performance analysis and streamlined field operations

Built a scalable Python-based data pipeline to standardize, analyze, and visualize network connectivity across 10,000+ telecom devices and 100+ subnetworks. The system automated topology discovery, data validation, and reporting, supporting daily operations and SLA compliance.

  • Developed a multi-source ingestion engine to normalize raw pdt and csv files into structured DataFrames
  • Constructed per-network models to identify root nodes, classify devices (Root, Intermediate, Endhost), and prune invalid topologies
  • Implemented recursive pathfinding algorithms to calculate endhost-to-root paths, generate connectivity metrics, and map dependency chains
  • Delivered 7+ modular reports (CSV/Excel) covering impact traces, hop counts, device-link databases, error logs, and SLA insights
  • Designed error-detection logic for missing roots, split networks, and topology anomalies, with real-time logging and administrator flags
  • Created optional visualization engine producing 100+ annotated topologies using Matplotlib for audits and presentations
